Our fruit and vegetables are either grown here on our farm or purchased from local farmers/distributors in Australia.

Our Company is very focused on home grown produce and supporting our local farmers here in Australia.

We make preserves because we only use whole fruits in our recipes. This ensures a chunkier and more flavorsome product.

All our Preserves have pieces of real fruit which provide a tastier fruitier product full of flavour.

Jams are generally made from puree or crushed fruit.

Yes, we only use 100% natural ingredients. No preservatives, colors, additives, and definitely no corn syrup, are ever used.

Pectin is a naturally occurring substance found in most fruit. It is a soluble fibre and the latest research has shown Pectin to offer a large number of health benefits.

Yes! As confirmed by all our suppliers, the ingredients used to make our preserves are all Gluten Free.

The use by date on our preserves is 2 years from manufacture. Once opened we recommend that the preserves be refrigerated.

Due to different fridge temperatures and a variety of storage options it is impossible for us to guarantee our preserves for a specified period of time AFTER they are opened.

We can however advise that by storing an open jar with the cap tightly closed in your refrigerator, our preserves should last for several weeks without a problem.
